Great Place To Live!
I’ve been living in Chase Landing since the beginning of 2022. We’ve changed management companies a few times but it’s a ... great place to live. It’s always been very quiet and safe. I’ve NEVER had any issues. I’ve only had to contact maintenance a couple of times which was for the water heater and thermostat but each time they came out almost immediately. The only time you’ll see the sheriffs in the neighborhood is for evictions, never due to crime/disturbances. The manager, Leila, is amazing! Always sweet, understanding, and very respectful as well as Monica. The only improvement I would suggest is turning the dog park into a park for the children in the neighborhood. No one uses the dog park and the kids need somewhere to meet and play instead of being in the street. Rather than that… 5 Stars!
